Letter Re: Dodge Ram Truck

Got a letter from, and you have to look for it, Premier Legal Center on Friday (3/10/17).

Looks like the ambulance chasers have found a possible way to make some more money.

"As an owner of the above referenced Dodge Ram vehicles, you may be entitled to a Manufacture's buy back or CASH settlement if you have experienced ANY of the following defects.

*Check Engine Light Illumination Defects
*Poor Gas Mileage
*Loss of Power
*ERG and Turbo Defects
*Pinging Noise Vibration
*Engine/Transmission Issues

Then the bla bla bla of time line for complaint (4/10/2017) And who to call.

This kinda stuff makes me sick!
Anyone else get one of these?
The noticed specifically lists 2012-2015 2500 and 3500 trucks.

I constantly see class action suits based on drug users experiencing know side effects of the medication.
Every time I fill a prescription it's accompanied with a full disclosure. Got tort reform?

What happen here was somone at the dealership you brought your truck sold your information to a third party, with or without your consent.

A lot of Ram 1500 owners received that same BS letter. Those law firms troll these forums looking for information about any problem that crops up with any car or truck. The junior member of the law firm is assigned that task. *

We are the only country in the world that allows these frivolous (sp?) law suites. What I mean Is I can sue my friend John here force him to blow his life's savings in his defence. Have the court prove that I'm in the wrong. I do not have to make amends or reimburse John any of the money he spent proving that I was in the wrong. John is now broke and I'm free to go sue someone esle.... All other nations I once proved I was in the wrong would be paying John back allof his losses and then some. in other nations this makes one think twice about suing for No good reason. Untill we take back out courts from those self indulging Judges and lawyers this will never change. And every day there is a new batch coming across the BAR.

Yeah,England works that way. Even a staff of retired judges who review these suits and see if there's any basis would be a start
