Good looking truck, I have the same color except in the sport model. I love it.

Do you have any tire rub when off road ?? I take mine after firewood and on the beach after seashells or fish and sometimes after a sunset.

I have been thinking of replacing my 33" with 35" when they wear out. I too run the BFG A/T.

See Ya

Chris

Thanks for the compliments.

Ok here's the deal with rubbing.

The pic shows me having the 16. 5x9. 75 Eagle 589's. With these wheel I did not have any problem with tires rubbing unless I crossed a ditch with the tires turned at just the right spot. I had foreseen the sharp corner at the bottom rear of the front fender might be a problem so I rounded the corner down about a 1/4" and smoothed it and painted it.

Then a couple of months ago I bought a new set of 16. 5x9. 75 Weld Typhoons and found that my half worn out BFG's would rub the plastic bulge of the inner fender sometimes with very little effort. I know that if these tires were new, they would rub alot worse. The backspacing on the Welds is about a 1/4" less than the Eagle's therefore the Welds stick out a little farther allowing the outer edge of the tread to rub.

If I don't lift it anymore before the tires wear out, I'm gonna have to go back to a 33" tire. I'm trying to figure out a way at minimal expense to lift it another inch and a half so that I don't have to buy another lift kit or go with the smaller tires.

If you like the looks of the Eagles then that will be your best bet. They're rated at 3700lbs. and are very inexpensive.
