Leveling kit for a 2wd?

This is a question by a fellow I work with. I installed a front end leveling kit on my 3500 4x4 DRW 03 and now he wanted to know if they make a kit for a 2WD 3500 2WD SRW 03?

I saw a 2wd leveling kit on ebay the other day when I was buying a kit for my truck, but I don't remember the brand. Daystar, I think, but they are out there. Cost was about 1/2 as much as a kit for 4x4.
