If I did this what would I have to do as far as control arm linkages? Could I just get a steering stabilizer? I already have 2" leveling kit and a rear-add-a-leaf, so I figure if I can get another 2-3" of lift out of doing this and maybe some 2" blocks in the back I will have something that looks as high as the skyjacker 4. 5" system, but for 1/4 the money. Oh and my truck doesn't do any serious off-roading just serious on-roading.

Don't do it. There is a reason they are sold as kits. You CAN piece it together if you wish to go that route but it's cheaper and better in the long run to buy the kit and do it right the first time. If you stack the two you will still have to have longer shocks, control arms, break line brackets, track bar drop bracket, pitman arm drop bracket and so on and so on... . Just my $. 02

Definately don't do it. As said above you'll need to do control arms, lines, dropped pitman, etc, etc. The kit is there for a reason - you need all those parts when you go that high.
