Yes, on our '97 but it was the 2" steel spacers from Jack-It, and they work fine with stock springs and stock height shocks. Moved the axle about 1/2" to the left, though because the track bar doesn't stretch. .
Jack the truck up and put it on stands then let down the axle with the swaybar unbolted at the bushings. The brake lines should be let out of their keepers but no need to disconnect them. There's plenty of room to take out the springs put in the spacers and reassemble it all without compressing the springs.
I used the steel kit because I'd heard that the poly type spacers realize less than advertised height increase. Maybe they compress?
