LH vent window

Hello yall! I need a LH vent window for one of my work trucks. It is a '92 250. The dealer parts guy said it is part number 4354646 but is no longer available. I looked in the "discontinued parts" forum, but that is a joke! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Is the glass he same for both sides? I need just the glass but will take an extra if it is the same.

Glass is a mirror image from right to left- they are curved.
