Life expectancy of external wastegate.

I know that very few people have been using external wastegates for a long time. Has any one taken one apart after say 25k or 50k miles to see how well it is holding up?

Just received a Tial 38mm External from UPS. Haven't installed yet so can't answer your question... but seeing the quality & strength, and finally being about to picture how they work, I can't see them being any shorter lived than an internal wastegate. Should work better and last at least as long!
