That's gotta be at least a 94+.
As to how long it will last it all depends on how deep your pockets are. Everything wears out so it's a matter of wether or not it's worth it to you to repair or replace the big ticket items when they go.
It looks like you don't have to worry too much about rust and corrosion, that's a big one out here.

I had a 95 3500 put 900,000 miles on it myself engine will be a good million miler but if you have the 47rh auto transmission be ready for repairs and you'll need front ball joints bout every 100,00 miles
I had a problem with front brake pads wearin out early then i put ceramic pads and new rotors on it cured that problem
I sold it 2 years ago and it's still on the road

This has to be one of the most robust pickups ever made. Infinitely rebuildable as long as it don't wither away from rot.

Would you please quit calling that '94 a '93:-laf 1993 was the last year of the 1st. generation trucks, the 1994 was the first year of the 2nd. generation and went to '02. Here is a picture of each, note the body lines of the front truck (1st gen) the second truck is an '01 (2nd. gen)

That'd be like calling my '98 a '97 because it was built in '97 and I bought it in '97.

The year is the model year, not the calendar year of manufacture.
