I am needing to get shocks ordered for my truck, but have no idea what height of lift or level the previous owner had installed, so here I am hoping someone can give me a clue.
The truck is a 2006 mega cab 2500, with 35x12.5 tires as pictured here. I've included shots of the springs, shackles, and perch for reference.
Can anyone tell me the lift height or tell me what to measure, in order to get this figured out so I can order the correct shocks?

Looking at their website, the pictures, nor the list of parts for that kit, Includes the 3 smaller blocks shown in the picture of my rear spring perch. Would that be additional lift, or are those stock on these trucks? I don't have a stock one to compare it to.

I have the same truck, the three "blocks" you're referring to are part of the OE spring pack.

The only sure way to know shock length is to remove the shocks and measure them, in the rear compressed length is all that matters, if the shocks are too long they will bottom out internally and not on the bump stops but the leafs will stop down travel. In the front extended length is critical, if the shocks are too long they can allow the coil to come out of the seat or bottom out internally on compression.

FWIW they look like the Rough Country 3" as others have guessed. I'm not an expert but I ordered a pair that didn't get installed and the paint looks the same. As for shocks I purchased Bilstein 24-066464 for my 3" taller coils and they seem a good fit. I tried attaching Bilstein catalog with this model within, but forum complained too large a file.
