2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Lift Kit knowledge

Planning on puting 325/65R18 with XD Diesel 18x9 on my truck. I'm looking to lift it 3". Talked to a shop that does them locally . They tell me to go with 5" backspace, which is 0 offset.



What's a good price and kit to go with? What's a reasonable price to have a shop do the install?
