Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Well thanks to this forum I had an idea of what to look for when my lift pump decided to bite the big one. I noticed it did not run when the ignition was turned on. My 1998. 5 has 40,200 and should be covered by warranty? I will contact my local 5 star dealer and hope they are willing to help. Is it OK to drive it about 12 miles to the dealer without playing havok with the injector pump?
This will promp me to install a guage so I won't need to put my ear under the hood so often. Thank all you for the discussion over the last few months it helped me a lot. Without this forum I would not have a clue. Thanks again!!!!!:-{}
