Does anyone know the D. C. lift pump part number which has the latest changes. I want to keep it as a spare on trips. Thanks

Well after the fuel filter change ordeal and no fuel coming from the lift pump... . getting towed to the dealership by a freind... . and $454. 87 later... my truck is all better.

Just FYI the pump number #5080885AA was $246

Labor was $175.

Co. Your new pump should have the latest improvements I wish you well with it Thanks for the part numbers and to Bob for the Cummins info.

$175. 00 in labor:eek: That's $175. 00 an hour in labor, even I can change one in less than an hour! Man I could make a pretty good liveing at $175. 00 an hour and all I would have to do is change one lift pump per day. Easy enough just send me your business guys.

Also it is $100. 00 cheaper for parts at cummins.

Ron
