Lift pump on back order

My Dodge dealer did not informed me that the lift pump, that is bad and under warranty, is not expected until Feb 10. 17 day is a problem when I need th 4dr to pick up the kids on weekdays. I am presently on hold with the Chrysler customer assitance line, and intend to ask for a loaner car. What are my chances of getting one?

With extended warranty = included.

Without extended warranty = Mercy of the dealer.



Extended warranty is that thing the finance manager tried to sell you at a cost of $$$$
