Lift Pump Pictures????

My lift pump is on its way out. I seem to recall pictures in an earlier thread that showed the location of the pump. Does anyone have a link to that thread ... or the pictures? I think I know where it is, but a picture is worth a thousand words, or so they say.

Roger, You don't need a picture. One fuel line from your fuel filter goes to the lift pump and the other one goes to the injecter punp.

Good luck getting a new transfer pump, they are on short supply at Mother Cummins. I got mine Friday night and they said they took it directly off the assembly line. (amazing what you can get done when your brotherinlaw works for an International service shop). Going to put mine on Sunday, be nice to know what my truck runs like with the right amount of fuel.

Thanks guys! Now I guess I better get in line to buy a new pump. Does anyone have the latest Cummins part number for a 2000 model year truck? I know I've seen this in other threads, but I don't recall which ones, and search didn't help. Thanks again!!

Thanks B9Mile. Does anyone know of an online source for these pumps? My Cummins dealer is 40 miles away, and grossly incompetent.
