Lift Pump Presure

What is the Min Presure that The Dodge Dealer will except in order to replace our lift Pumps. Under Load and WOT I get about 8 lbs on the output of the Filter. Is this below The Standard???

The minimum accepted pressure is 8 psi. Even if you drop below that, you may have problems getting your local dealer to change it.
