Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) lift pump question

has anybody had a vp 44 go bad with a pusher systom. is it just a time bomb or is there hope that i wont have a ishue as long as i have the pusher set up thanks for all your help and comments josh

Even with fuel system enhancements, the VP44 can die. Adding a better fuel system can increase the life cycle of the pump, but it can still die.

so the pump that i need to make a pusher set up needs to be more than 10 psi or will that ok down to 7 psi 100gph or i could go and put the 7100 on it or will that limit me to what i can do in the long run thanks josh
