Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Lift pump Question

Can someone tell me if there is an alternative to the Dodge dealers "lift pump conversion kit". My sending unit is broken at the tank and I would like to know what the best option is to fix. Thanks in advance.

If you have a 12 valve with the P7100 Pump ( inline pump) your lift pump is on the side of engine under fuel filter.
