Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Lift Pump Relocation Kit

Can anyone tell me who makes the best relocation kit for the lift pump? I am looking to get all necessary hardware/wires. fittings ing one kit? Can you recommend a company? One that is easy to install also!

Rod Snaith of Wildcat Diesel is a member here and he is working on a kit as well.
