I replaced the lift pump on my sons 02. Bumped the key and it started before I wanted it to. Shut it off then bumped the starter a couple times to purge the air. I then tried to start it again..... no luck. I've changed 5 on my 99 with no problems like this. What did I do wrong or didn't do right?? HELP :-(( TIA

Thanx Garret, WOW... . what a dumba"$$ I am... . I forgot to tighten up the back banjo bolt. I leave it loose so I can get the line and the hold down strap in position after I have tightened the mounting nuts. Put 'er back together and missed the back b/bolt. Hurry up and _ _ _ _ up. Still only took me 1hr. and 35min. Ive done it in 40 min before. Hey... Thanx again for the quick response.

Just a quick question when you loosen the injectors to prime. When torgueing them again using a crowsfoot do you compensate the torque value based on the slightly longer lever arm length? Or just torque to recommended value and there is no problem? Sorry don't mean to rob this but the question just hit me so I asked before I forget. AGE you know!!!!!
