Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Lift Pump Specs. ???

Was wondering what the minimum lift pump pressure should be. Mine is about 28psi. at an idle and 15psi on a fairly good pull. When the return line is kinked my gauge climbs which makes me think the lift pump is ok. The 15psi. just seems kinda low?? Thanks for the info.

Mark, TST Products chief, gave the following numbers:



Idle... 18-24 psi.

2000 rpm... . 28-36 psi, if loaded, pressure will go down from this value.
