Nice Truck an Mod

Good looking truck Mark, no hint of DW or anything of the sort I hope. I was wanting to lift mine at first, but it tracks so true now I was scared to mess with the front end. Tested at 95mph on a FM road no shake, shimmy, or anything in between.

Also I was wondering the guys lifting their trucks or running larger tires how it has affected fuel mileage with 3. 73 gearing.

No death wobble at all. I think that's the advantage of KORE wheels; fit larger tires but still stock geometry so you aren't messing with the usual potential suspension problems. Only minor issue is slight rub at full crank.

I'm sure the mileage will drop some. Won't know for sure until spring since it's so darn cold right now; running 50/50 blend which always hurts the mileage.

That looks very nice. Only thing I would say is that the tires probably won't get more than 20-25K before a new set. My old truck went through a set of MTR's rather quickly. Like that setup though. Not too much lift. Kind of goofy when I see someone do a 6" lift and run 35's on a 2500.

Looks great Big Mak! I wish I had the money to do the same thing to my truck.

I ended up putting 35 x 12. 5 x17 BFG MTR's on today with my stock forged aluminum wheels. Suprisingly I have no audible rubbing. After cranking the wheels and driving the truck through a few ditches I got out and the only place I found any rubbing was a tiny spec on the control arm. If I knew how to post a picture I would if anyone is interested.

Do you have a lift?

I asked the folks that sell the wheel that question and they told me it snaps on from the outside.

I thought I had read the Kore wheels have a center bore that matches the Dodge factory wheels, if so these would be the only Welds made with that size center bore, and maybe have a custom center cap different from the standard Weld center cap.

Correct, they are hub centric for the Ram and the center cap is different than wheels direct from Weld because of this.

Are those tires Loud?? I am running Wild Country's and they are defaning!!!! I Think I will go with an all terrain next time. But, one good thing, I cant wear these Wild Country's out, I have almost 50K on them. I DO keep them rotated with ever oil change. They make me proud.

Nice :) Im going to get a Kore pace kit fore my 01 . I was looking at the rims Cha-ching$$$$ look nice though im either going to keep the stock aluminums or go with black steal rims i love that look but the i have to find the wright rim offset.
