Lifted your truck? I need the stock leaf spring spacers

The rear of my 2004. 5 2500 2WD was lowered by the previous owner and I’d like to get it back up to the stock ride height.



The spacers circled in the pictures are not available from the dealer. I’d prefer stock ones if possible.



If you have your stock spacers please let me know.
