This is for motors with excessive boost (and crank case pressure), that leak at the rubber gasket at the cam box cover. This mod not only fixes the leak permanently, but allows for venting crank case pressure at the front AND REAR of the block, simultaneously... Buy the new cam box cover and modify secondary breather outlet as shown (cut, rotate to 10:00 o'clock, re-weld). Put small bead of Super Glue around BLOCK SIDE of cover. Install gasket, let dry. Put bead of Silver Silicone around block side of gasket, install cover with silicone around sealing washers. Run secondary breather hose to tie into blow-by bottle, or however you want. Re-install injection pump and lines (use black silicone on o-ring), transfer pump mounting bracket (use old gskt and black silicone) and pump, fuel filter base and lines, and accessories. Let dry for several hours, run and check for leaks. I tried to attach the Cummins spec sheet w/ associated numbers. If it didn't work: cover #3990730 (special order "hybrid" application only [12V/ VP44 stationary test engine]; factory back-order [two days]; $110), gskt #3284623, orng #3935032, silicone #3823494, + Super Glue and breather hose stuff. Hope this helps... T

Hey Gary, long time. Took a couple tries and a nightmare finding the right OEM stuff for the fix. But I think you could take the bolts out after a couple hours and it'd run a million without leaking again (but I wouldn't). Dual vents look cool too! Good luck... T
