I have a 1991 Dodge D250 which we all know is 2wd ,but i hate how that truck squats in the front ,and want to level it. I've recently purchased the Moog 7226s Coil springs, but I want to go a little high as my truck has a block in the rear the springs aren't tall enough. My question is what can I use to get an extra 2 inches of lift? Links to other forums or first hand experience is welcome. Thanks for reading.

I advise against lifting the front suspension. At least not without severe modification. The engineered geometry which is good at the proper ride height will go out the window if the ride height is changed. The D's are suppose to have that rake. Makes em special.

Beware of the lower ball joints keep them lubed and jack the truck up and check them often, they can fail and really mess up your truck, see my post "ball joint fail" I think that if you put to tall a spring on that truck you will add more stress to the ball joint and knock them out faster.

With the 7226s springs your are about out of adjustment for alignment. A taller tire is the only way to get more. Those springs will make a huge differenc ein the stance os tyou really don't need any more height.
