I've been noticing some faint greyish smoke at idle and up to about 1500-1800 rpms. Used the Standedyne (sp?) additive and it went away. came back on the next tank of fuel. ran that tank w/o additive. tried some powerservice additive on the next 2 tanks and smoke is still there. It doesn't seem to matter if its a cold start up or if its been plugged in. Also once good and warmed up (lots of driving around or go on a trip) it dissapears. I can't put a definte time on how long it takes for it to go away. I would guess over 30-45 min of driving.

TIA

Nathan

Mine does that to I put 215's injectors in mine. and noticed the smoke you are noticin and a local diesel shop said I might have a injector that is a little low on pressure. But I'm putting 370's in next week. Might want to have your injectors pop tested ?
