Light Switch panel

I want to get at the back of the light switch on my 08. How do I get the little square plastic about 3"X3" panel out of there. I was gonna get a screwdriver and pry it out, but I thought I better ask first. I'm trying to find a wire from the dimmer to put to an air gauge.
