2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission lights off

Hey all. I just installed power tow mirrors (factory power & heated) and after I went to use them my interior dome lights, radio and mirrors stopped working. I checked my install again and found that I pinched a wire. After fixing the wire and checking all fuses... still not working. Any ideas?

Did you check both the box at the driver side end of dash - AND the box under the hood above the fender on the same side?

checked both fuse box locations as you stated and all fuses are o. k. Wonder if the wire has a short? Wouldn't the fuse still blow?

yeah if it is shorted then it would blow a fuse



not trying to be an A** here... but may you missed a one?



you pulling them or you using a test light



i would pull them and use a meter to see for sure

did the same think while installing my powervision mirrors. It was a blown fuse that did not look blown. It blew near the plug instead of in the middle of the arch. Figure out with fuse controlls the accesories that are out and just change it. It will prob take care of the problem.



ALso did you repair/replace the wires that had gotten pinched? if not do this or you will continue to have the same problem.
