"Lights On" voltage ?

I'm looking to add a pyro and boost gauge to my new sweetheart.



Is there an "easy" place to tap into dash-lights-on voltage so that my aftermarket gauges light up with the rest of the cluster ?

Its the orange/white wire in the harness that goes to your light switch. Just pop off the plastic base that the switch is mounted to and you should be able to locate the orange/white wire. This will illuminate your guages when the parking lights are switched on.

On the 04s it is different from the 03s. Our switch has no orange/white wire, there are two identical orange with grey tracers, one of the two is the one for the dimmer. You have to use a simple light bulb tester to find the right one. I did mine that way. There is no way to tell them apart without the tester.
