And then, there's THIS...

Mind you, I don't get over to those pages often, due to all the past opposition, heavy censorship and denial they consistently display when their beloved "rocks" are called into question. But apparently, they are slowly becoming forced to face the FACT that their own "unbeatable, unstoppable" rigs are prone to all the same shortcomings as their competition - as well as those typical GM design failings thrown in free of extra charge...

Nothin' quieter than a GM Duramax - especially when it's died (like a rock!) alongside the road, leaving it's "proud owner" walking to find a tow truck... :p ;) :D

Lesson learned....

Don't ever bad-mouth the mighty "problem free" D-Max on the D-Max site... . If you do, they'll go for the cajones!:D

That guy in the second link is fired up (with good reason), but the really cool thing is that there is someone on their board that can actually do something to help this guys dealer get his truck fixxed. It appers as if they have a resident Allison engineeer or Chevy muckedy muck reading there problems and trying to help.

I did not like the cracks they took at the TDR about us bad mouthing the D-max and then they decided that Trussman was a fake owner and from TDR. WHat a bunch of yahoos.

I wish them luck with there D-maxes
