Liner Over the Rails for Cap?

All - When installing a cap, does it matter if a bedliner is over or under the rails? I've got the drop in bed liner, but I'm planning to have a Line-X liner sprayed on. I'm torn between under or over the rails. I'd prefer over, but, wouldn't want to cause any issue with a cap.



Does it matter? Sorry if this is an easy question, but, I've never owned a truck with a cap.

Not a problem at all. The foam they use to seal between the cap and bed is thick enough to seal fine.
