Little picture under my name?

I'm sure it has been asked before, but how do i get the little picture under my name. where do i go?

Its called an avatar... you select a pic and reduce it to 40x40 size in one of your photo programs... save it and the click on user cp. then click on edit options, scroll way down to change avavtar. click there and upload it.



Pics lose a lot of clarity when reduced this much. Hope this helps.
