That button purges your on board computer (ECM) of any computer viruses you may have download from Napster.com, then recorded onto a CD, then played in your cd player in your truck.
You'll know when you get one, if the engine starts to run crappy you got the Generally Made Crappy virus (GMC), or if it just dies, then you've got the Found On Road Dead virus. (FORD).
