Little Rocker Hitch

I am planning on putting a Reese 16K Sliding Hitch on my new truck (shortbed). A neighbor has offered me a 4 yr. old Little Rocker 15K hitch. I've been looking, but can't determine whether this will slide like the Reese if needed. Is there much difference between the two?

I have a little rocker and I saw in a rv magazine where you could by a slidder to drop it into.
