Good news! Some of us were having a discussion at the below listed thread reference why littlefuse add-a-circuits didn't fit right in the Dodge fuse box body. I sent Littlefuse an email and got the following response (talk about awesome customer service!):
Mr. Blomquist,
As Product Manager for the Aftermarket Div, I have taken over the your
file and have good news to report.
In brief, we at Littelfuse are aware of your situation (based on similar
customer feedback) and the modifications to our
tooling have long since been made. That would lend credibility to the
statements made by others in your TDR discussion
group reporting a difference in the profile of the holder body depending
on how recent and the location of the purchase.
You have my assurance that Autozone and other retailers who carry that
product, have been getting only the newer version which should fit the
Dodge fuse block as you expect it to. However, since this is not a
perishable (type) item, individual retailers may not see the need to
"rotate" our product based on date coding and as a result, the newer
product may be displayed in front of the older stock causing a "mix" of
both new and old in the same store.
At any rate, I have your Las Vegas address and you will soon be
receiving, 3 FHM200 fuse holders with the new profile very soon.
Please accept them with our compliments, and I apologize for any
inconvenience you have incurred. If there is any other way I can
assist you in the future, please don't hesitate to contact me.
Best Holiday wishes to you and yours,
Dan Chubirka
