Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) LMC wiring harness problems

I just installed LMC's HD wiring harness and also high wattage bulbs. The drivers side is bright as it should be, but the passenger side is very low like a bad ground. I checked the voltage to the plug and I'm only getting around 11. 5volts. I exchanged relays, but still the same results. Has anyone else had this problem?

Well as I was posting my question I talked myself into the solution. It was in fact a bad ground on the passenger side. Word of advise, the LMC kit will not reach if you extend it above or below the radiator. I had to run it in between the radiator and the intercooler. Thanks
