I'm sure this has been asked a million times, I can't seem to search anything on this. The search is smater than me!

I am looking for a 33 to 35 inch tall tire in a Load Range E.

I have owned the Nitto Mud Grapplers in a 10 Ply Load Range E in the past, but can't stand the noise factor. I'm looking more for a towing tire that has a little bit more height than the 265/70's I'm seeing out there.

Anyone know the hook up on a good life span towing tire that is in the 33 to 35 inch range? (not wanting a super wide tread, just a taller tire)

Thanks!

SSRs come in 10 and 8 ply. I'm on my 2nd set of them and about time for the 3rd. They are not cheap but most places have them in stock or can get them the next day. I also had a set of BFG M/Ts and have a set of A/Ts now. The M/Ts outlasted the A/Ts by about 15k. All the Mud tires were 35x12. 5/16. 5s. I/m not sure if the M/Ts were 10 ply but both the BFGs and the Swampers lasted around 40,000. Hope this helps.

I believe Toyo M/T's and A/T's, some ProComps, and Parnelli Dirt Grip all offer Load E tires. I currently have the 35x12. 50 toyo m/ts, and they get great traction wet and dry, are quiet and smooth, but are a little pricey... and it looks like I may get about 30,000 miles out of them.
