Price gouging!

I was amazed that the fuel prices here in California took a $. 30 jump in one weekend.

The Best deal I can find in $1. 679. Chervon at Rancho Santa Fe and 78.

Flying J is where I always go when I am on the road but have no idea what their prices are, they are too far away.

So, what are you local prices at Ma and Pa's local station and at a truck stop?

In the same boat......

Gary the only other station I've found in the S. D. area with decent prices is the chevron at Balboa & 163. Although they recently jumped up too. At least this time it's not just San Diego getting hit. Price seems to gone up around the country. Once again though we are 10¢ higher than anyone else.

If you find anyone cheaper let me know,

Thanks, Garrett

Diesel Fuel

Went up from $1. 39 to $159 in less than 2 weeks at the Tacoma Arco station off Center and Union. I guess there just getting us ready for the annual winter price hike!!! :(

Prices starting their winter migration

Fuel prices are starting to climb around here. Fueled up today for $1. 379. A few days before Labor Day it was $1. 329. During the middle/late summer you could find fuel around here for the mid to upper $1. 20's. Diesel is still cheaper than gasoline at most stations.

I checked my fuel log from last year at this time. Prices were in the mid $1. 50's.

Total at Academy & I-25- from 1. 47 to 1. 61

Phillips 66 on GoG- from 1. 41 to 1. 55

Conoco truck stop,Monument- from 1. 43 to 1. 63

at a lot of places, diesel cost . 03-. 05 more than regular gas (85 octane)

The station that I usually fill up at (Seabrook, NH) was still at $1. 299 when I fill up on the 12th. The price there hadn't changed in the past week or so. I don't think that many placed around there did.

Prices

I haven't been able to find anything under 169. 9 here in WI and MN around the Twin Cities. Its been that high since the July:mad:

I fueled up at my local Pilot on Thursday morning for $159. 9 and returned late Friday to find the attendant changing the signs to $154. 9:D He stated that they get diesel twice a day and with each load they have had to change the price.

I can only imagine what the price will be after today's stock market crash:eek:
