Archived Location of power steering reservoir

For the life of me, I can't find the location of the filler cap for the power steering on my '99 Ram 2500. Can someone please give me a clear description of where it is? It doesn't appear to be where the owner's manual shows it, and the shop manual doesn't show its location either.
