The best OEM locker that will fit the AA axles is the G80 from Eaton. It is the factory installed locker that GM puts in their axles and is called G80 on the option sheet. It should, I'm almost positive, fit in the Dodge AA axle. I have no clue how much one will cost but it is a very good locking diff for a truck that is driven on the street more than offroad. I've had this same locker in three different GM vehicles and it works. Put one wheel on sand, pinestraw, ice or whatever and the other on pavement and the tire on pavement will burn rubber! No wimpiness like my OEM Dana 80 limited slip that sits and spins in the sand and I barely move.
