Lockout hubs on 2003??

I'm just curious, does anybody know if it's possible to install lockout hubs on a 2003 4X4? I know it would mean a changeout of the spindle assembly I'm sure because it doesn't even have hubs in the sense of the word anyway. I was just trying to figure out a way to eliminate the front running gear from turning 100% of the time to save on the associated vibration and reduced fuel milage.

No one has a kit out that I know of, it would be a serious expense just like the 2nd gens. Maybe Dynatrac will come up with something.
