Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) long sit no start

my 99 doesnt like to start after it sits a bit. it just started this today and it seems like if it sits for 15 20 minutes it wont start real easy. fuel pressure is up and everything looks ok and it cranks fine but just wont start. the worst time it happened today it had sat for a couple hours and took sevrel cranks before starting. also it started like it had no fuel. wanting to wanting to wanting to the cacth and run. once it starts it runs fine and if you start it fairly soon like 10 minutes after shut down its fine. so whats the deal is not getting fuel or is it the pump

Sounds like the injector tube O-Rings went south. Check them for leaks and replace them as needed
