long starts

i bought 05 last may,sometimes it starts right up other times it spins and spins,i took it back,they said all the 05s spins longer than 01s,i read the article in the register on long starts,took it back to dealer and showed them the article,they replaced flywheel,sometimes it still spins so long you dont think its going to start. has anyone had this problem?also the exghust smokes up paint and bumper dodge wouldnt do anything about it,after spending 38,000 i dont think i should have to buy a elbow to correct this problem
