Some guy over on CF told a friend of mine that he only has a 3500 Tradesman Cab & Chassis as he couldn’t afford a Laramie Cab & Chassis.

This guy has a Challenger Hellcat, a Challenger RedEye, and two 2020 Grand Cherokee Trackhawks under his roof.

You probably aren't far off. Standard issue mini pumpers are running in the ~$150K range now pretty basic now. Depending on custom equipment, you could exceed that quickly.

I can remember 20-25 years ago when that money would buy a front line pumper. Today, $500K would be average I would imagine.

A FDNY KME pumper last year was 1.5 mil. And they bought 18 of em. Heck our single hopper garbage truck is 325.
