Now i just have to find a day to hook everything up. Can't wait to get it on a dyno to see what it will put out. Does anyone know of any dyno shops around Savannah or this part of Ga? I guess that means i'll be selling my autometer cobalt gauge setup since i'll be using the pulse monitor. If anyone is interested, let me know. . :D

Groovy. I ordered mine the other day... unfortunately, I'm going to China for a month and won't have time to put it in before... darnit.

I wonder what I'm going to have to do to my transmission to help it keep up?

looking good my friend, lemme know how much you like it and most definately UPS is > santa claus because you have delivery tracking with ups :)

My truck had a rebuild done just before I bought it. I'm trying to track down exactly what they did to it. I know they replaced the OD gears and hardware... I just don't know the rest of it.

It shifts beautifully so far... I'd like to keep it doing that. Before winter, I'm planning on swapping over to synthetic atf+. I may change the filter so I could have the pan off.

I'm pretty handy with tools, (I can work out which end of a hammer to hold 3 times out of 5), so I can probably do a lot of the potential work.

Basically, how to keep from chewing up my stock transmission. I'll be using the temp guage from the adrenaline so that'll go a long way to keeping things kosher, I reckon.

The shifts are quite firm without being harsh so I almost suspect the valve body has some extra pressure going through it.

my truck with mach 4's, ps62/14 and a drag comp ran with a stock transmission with 3d tc and vb for 3 years. no problems. now with adrenaline swapped in: 1)transmission searching in and out of 1st and 2nd gear on a wot run. 2)snapped my output shaft the other day as i was rolling into to the throttle in o/d. so, i would look into some transmission upgrade for the adr. it brings full power on very quick!

If I was sensible, I would have just gotten a mileage module and not have to worry about it.

On the other hand, if I was sensible, I'd still be driving my perfectly good '96 Grand Am.
