Guns, Bows, Shooting Sports, and Hunting lookin for a lower

i would like to get an AR before the possible ban , but given the current nuttiness i dont want to get screwed on the price. that being the case i am looking for an AR stripped or assembled lower so i can get the registered bits now. i have found two problems so far. 1, i dont know crap about AR lowers, and 2, i cant find crap in the way of things that are still avalible. so if anyone could reccommend a lower (308 win. style) and a parts kit or an assembled lower then yer awesome. if you can tell me where i can find one then yer even awesomer. ill take quality over the cheap one so disregard price for the most part. something that can be sub minute accurate, but not a christensen.
