2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Looking for 19.5 steel dually rims

Okay guys -- somewhere out there there are 19. 5" steel dually rims that are 8 lug and fit a bread truck. Ive heard they can be put on these trucks with a little bit of work.....



Who can tell me where to get them and how much to expect to pay?

I found a set in a junkyard for 35 bucks a piece. I had them on a Chevy, so I did not need to modify them. If you put them on a Dodge, all you need to do is enlarge the hub opening to the correct diameter. A machine shop should be able to do this for you. The rims were 19. 5x6" FYI.

Hmm i havent had any luck looking in junkyards yet, ill keep lookin though, was it a truck junkyard or what?

Nope, just your average, run of the mill junkyard that happened to have a couple GM stepvans.

Interesting -- i cant find any stepvans with 19. 5's at junkyards ... the search continues

I remember the thread. They needed to have the wheels machined to the hub centric dodge. I'm sure you should be able to fish it up with searching the forums with "19. 5"

Look at Rickson Wheels, I think it's www.ricksontruck.com, they sell custom 19. 5 wheels to fit all makes and years.

Yeah the cost on the ricksons have been prohibitive for me, id like just some plain old steel wheels... .

Here is a thread with a ton of info on the bread truck wheels. I have a set for my 3rd gen that my buddies are putting tires on for me right now so it is ready to go when I return from my deployment.
