My Ford just blew a pump seal.

I have convinced my wife that it is terminal and I will need a new truck. :-laf

SSSSShhhhhhhh!;)

Anyone seen any 4500 or 5500 trucks out there.

It would be easier if I purchased in the state of California. But I will chase the good deal out of state if I had to.

I believe the C&C will maintain the older body style, but I could be wrong. So it seems to me it would be easy as ordering a 2010 or finding an 09. My Dodge Dealer "Frahm Dodge" in Norco Ca. purged there inventory when the BK was in effect and still seemed to have a few of the C&C's around. They sell to the Horse community there in Norco, so I would give them a call, or check there web site.

Yeah, take a look at the new Furd, snicker, then walk away.

If you buy a Furd buy the Dodge also so you can tow the Furd to the dealer yourself and save the tow bill.

Thats funny.
You know the new Ford might have a real gem of an engine but it will be years before they work out the bugs.

There was a nice 2008 5500 with aftermarket tow bed on ebay, buy it now was only 29,900. Think it had 85,000 on the clock.

CStringer,

None of the trucks you linked to are what I am looking for but using the same link I found many trucks that will fit the bill.

Thank You!!

:)

awesomeness

when ya get one, post it up!!

what exactly are you looking for? ill keep my eyes peeled... i like drooling over trucks that i cant purchase right now... hahahaha :-laf

Well, looks like I bought a truck! Oo. Oo.

2010 Ram 4500 C&C Quad Cab, 4x4, 60" ca, Aisin auto, 4. 44, and maybe a 3500 dually bed if I can make it fit!

No picts yet. I will pick it up next week.

It's about time, I have been reading the TDR since '93 thinking about how nice it would be to have a cummins. :-laf

If anyone has some ideas on how to get that bed attached AND looking good, let me know. I have a TIG welder and I'm not afraid to use it!!

Steve Pucillo

Congratulations on your purchase. You've waited a long time to enjoy the wonders of the mighty Cummins in a Dodge platform. If you haul or tow heavy loads you'll enjoy and appreciate the ISB6. 7 w/Aisin.
