Looking for a cummins engine

I have a friend that is looking for a Cummins engine any year from 89 to 02 does any body know of any places to find one? If you have any ideas I would be happy to hear them thanks.

i have a 1996 dodge cummings motor with a 60hp plate in pump its all complete with rebuilt trans wiring harness ecm and dashboard from truck radiator and intercooler still on rad support call for more info between 8 and 5 mon thru fri 775 7512607

J/K... Needed a spec'd 12v, and my company has a real bad policy in regards to the wallet.
