I am looking for the TDR Chapter closest to Northwestern South Carolina.

You might not be able to find enough folks in the upstate for a group, if you want, cruise on over to www.setdr.org , we usually meet near Atlanta Ga. WE have had BBQ's, truck drags, and are working on a combo of both. It's not that far of a drive, many drive further, we have one from Fla, one from Tenn. , I think one from Alabama and I'm from the coast of S. C. near Georga.
So cruise on over, you might find it worth the drive, I do.

We were in your neck of the woods in May. Camping at Hunting Island. Going back in August and again the end of October.
That's about as good as Coastal SC gets. Better than the big tourist haunts. Been about 17 years since our last trip there. Beaufort has changed "big time" but still nicer than Charleston or the Grand Strand now that all the developers have had their way.

Look forward to meeting you at an SETDR get together.

I travel to Atlanta on business (more often than I'd like) and it only takes about three hours.

Good deal, we always seem to have fun in the group.
Yeah, hunting Island is pretty nice but Beaufort has gone through some big time changes over the past 10 yrs. , but it's still great. Let me know when you are down next, we'll get together and drink a few.

I am looking for a chapter in the Salt lake City Area. I have 4x4 and I want to know if there is a off-road group that goes out on outings and such. Anyone know please respond
