looking for a rocker switch panel for auxilary lights

I am looking for a panel that rocker switches would go into to use to power up lights that I am mounting on the front of my truck. I would like a panel that would fit 4 switches. I want something that will sit flush on the flat surface underneath the steering wheel on the dash or some place similar. Do any of you guys know of where I could get something like this? and the contact info for that place?
